Alexandra's Birthday 19.11.2008

Fondation Ida organized a birthday celebration on November 19 for Alexandra, 8 years old.

She was in treatment at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois (CHUV) in Lausanne, on her birthday.

Alexandra, who suffers from cancer, received a DVD Barbie “Swan Lake” as a gift and a canvas to create a holder for pictures with textile flowers and butterflies in different colours.

She was very enthusiastic and made a wonderful picture holder in sparkling colours.

It was lovely to see Alexandra´s happiness and creativity, and her mother was also very pleased to witness this moment of joy.
